The picture was taken at The Albion Motor Museum which is one of a series of museums and places of interest within the town of Biggar. The Albion building houses vehicles and archives of Albion Motor Car Company of Glasgow (renamed Albion Motors in 1930), a commercial vehicle manufacturing firm which started in 1899 and built their first commercial vehicle around 1905.
They quickly established a reputation for quality and reliability: their motto was Sure as the Sunrise and can be seen in the picture below.
